.....on ABC, George Stephanopoulos asked Vice President Cheney if he would testify before Congress if he was subpoenaed. Cheney said “probably not in the sense at that vice president and president and constitutional officers don’t appear before the Congress.”

12. He's out of the pump business

They found a heart back in April 2012 that was small enough to fit in the tiny little place where his was. Probably got it from a mouse or something.

I shook hands with him in a receiving line while he was on the pump. Weird. Chit in all his suit pockets with tubes connecting everything. Really did look like Dearth Vader. I don't know if it was real or projected but shaking hands felt really weird - almost like being able to feel there was no pulse in the grip.
