Chris Hayes was great on Saturday and Sunday mornings but he's awful at Prime Time.
Damn I also miss Keith Olbermann

2. I agree, malaise.

I'm kind of worried about the MSNBC ratings since the prime time lineup change. I understand they're down across the board.

I think the network's decline started when Olbermann left and this most recent change accelerated it. I rarely watch Chris Hayes. Rachel a little more often, but not nearly as much as I used to. And who would ever want to watch Matthews twice an evening?

More reading, less TV these days.

The longer format was his wheelhouse.

Olbermann was must see TV too, but he's rather like a universal solvent that can't be contained.
Mebbe he should venture out to the intertubes to do a Countdown-type show.
