In the DLC spirit, perhaps the Democratic Party could embrace the NRA's program.

The point is to WIN elections, not what policies or platform we represent. Because, well, politics is about winning elections. Last I check the NRA's money still buy political ads. And that blood? Washes right out. Oh, takes several washings, but it does come out. Out. Out. Out damn spot.
