are going to need lots of therapy before they'll be yearning to do the things you mention. In fact, in their neighborhoods, those things are pretty scarce in the first place.

Anyhow, the first step in leaving them alone starts with each of us. They are free. Let them be.

I have no idea what they'll be going through in the next few months and years, but their experience was horrific. Recovering from it will take a long time, and I doubt they're that interested in the things you mentioned.
