Harry? Harry!? Where are you?

You and the Democrats control the Senate and can call an investigation of your own.

Why don't you call witnesses that can shoot down these Republican charges on Benghazi and the IRS?

Harry Reid knows that the Republicans are playing political games. They want to keep the Democrats off guard and on the defensive thru the next election.

Let the sunshine in. Give them the investigation they are asking for. Call your own witnesses to counter the political shenanigans of the House.

And offer no alternative? Because we are fearful of what the right-wing media might say?

The IRS has admitted they screwed up. Do you want to remind people of that?

How did they screw up? The head of the IRS was appointed by Bush. 99% of these questionable tax-free groups were "conservative" or Tea Party in nature. Why didn't the IRS investigate them? Yes, that should be asked.

Giving them just what they want - the idea it is being taken seriously by anyone other than the blabbing media.

The idea is to shine the light on it and take away the legitimacy of the issues.
