The death penalties I do believe in

There are two of them:

Shoot poachers of endangered species on sight.

Hang pirates from a yardarm.

Now that I think of it, all the death penalties I believe in are summary. Elephant/Rhino poachers caught in the act are combatants; pirates caught in the act can be killed. That's really as far as I personally take capital punishment. Any other thoughts?
