Chair of the House Oversight Committee, Darrell Issa (R), announced that he will subpoena rock legend Country Joe McDonald to testify before his committee. Issa believes that McDonald has ties to recent subversive activities. "It has come to my attention that, just prior to 9/11, Mr. McDonald enthusiastically encouraged hundreds of thousands drug addled jihadists to destroy Wall Street. We all know what happened next when 19 of his followers crashed airplanes into various targets, including the center of US trade. We have connected the dots and believe that some of his followers were involved in more recent attacks, including the attack on the diplomatic mission in Benghazi."

When asked how he found out about Country Joe McDonald, now 71 years old, addressed the crowd of jihadists, Mr. Issa directed the press corps to this video, which secretly documented the entire affair:

Have you seen his web site? He has links to all of the Occupy sites.

The republicans have been very imaginatively looking for ways to demonize Occupy. It's as ridiculous and desperate, but that's nothing new.
