Holder says a "very serious leak". Now lets explore the leak. Is this a National Security issue? Did the DOJ find the leaker in this investigation yet? Is the investigation on-going? If an AP reporter is in fact caught in this DOJ investigation as a leaker - is this a treasonous act? Don't we want to protect ourselves against such National Security leaks that may put Americans at risk? Isn't that one of the reasons things like the Patriot Act was passed? Didn't the Patriot Act get passed in a flash right after 9/11 by the Bush Administration?
