The ever increasing worker productivity with even less reward reminds me of an old joke.

The overseer on an ancient war vessel tells the chained rowing crew I have good news and bad news. First the good news extra water for the crew. Now the bad news. The captain wants to go water skiing.

Even as the working populace seems to be more anti union, anti regulation and anti labor than ever the corporate class and their GOP lackeys take even more and more from the same workers. Lower wages, doing more with less and losing even more worker protections do not seem to have changed the public mood.

Still so many people defend CEO's, billionaires and the rich.

Even propaganda should be losing its effect. Or are we just that stupid as a nation?
