I think clearing up the ambiguity will be directed toward the aspect of the 501 (c) (4)'s walking the line between political and social. I think that this could put a crimp on Rove's Crossroads and the Koch's American's for Prosperity. They have worked the blurry aspects of the 501 (c) (4)'s and if the Repugs push to far on this and we do clear up the ambiguity - they'll not be able to continue to do that.
