Maybe the IRS was trying to ensure T-Baggers weren't part of the 47%

You know, the "Takers"...not the "Makers".

Republicans can be so confusing. They just ran, and voted en mass for a man who railed against those "slimy" 47% that don't pay taxes. His running mate introduced a budget that would take America back to the feudal age by transferring vast amounts of wealth to the top income brackets at the expense of the poor, working poor and middle class.

I'll tell you one thing. I personally would be fucking pissed if the IRS didn't scrutinize some asshatted organization that rails against the government, was created by the 1%, and has as its goal the elimination/destruction of the government we've had for over 200 years so they can replace it with some Ayn Randian fantasy camp.

Seems like if the conservatives were really concerned about the "47% moochers", they would welcome the extra scrutiny for "tax exempt" status, lest they become one of the hated 47% themselves.

As they always like to say; "if they have nothing to hide...."
