that was pretty surprising. Kinda sad that such videos surprise me when no one gets beaten up or shot or tazed at the end.

Way to go Officer Mark! It was only 52 in a 35, and the knothead will do it again and get ticketed eventually. Thanks for giving the ducks a break. This is one dash cam video that I enjoyed watching.

Hopefully they could get the speeder's plate numbers from the video, and issue the ticket later.
Less concerned about the speeder's "Darwinian end," and more concerned he'd/she'd hurt someone else.
Lovely music in the video too; made me chuckle.

It's a great children's book by Robert McCloskey, and in it, too, police intervene to help a family of ducks:

We need thousands more of these type of police actions for the police to get out if the public's 'negative perception hole', though, so keep it up officer!
