Coming into an off year, non-presidential election, that is crucial.

The Dems/Progressives need serious GOTV this year and next. Serious. It is going to be bad anyway because of all the jerrymandering, so Dems need to get out and do it!

People who have conditioned themselves to filter out information contrary to their beliefs will not hear any of the retractions.

They'll believe the initial hand-wringing by the Repubs, not the retractions on the back pages of the media.

smaller and smaller with every passing day.

Our base will be motivated too. Remember what happened to the GOP during Clinton's impeachment? Who was motivated to vote during THAT phony bullshit contrived scandal?

(Hint, the GOP lost the House as result, in a mid term election)

We'll need it. A repeat of 2010 would be a disaster, as we all know.

In many ways, we need the continued grass movement over the next 18 months or so to GOTV. Even if it's something as simple as telling your friends and family, and of course, all internet connections.

Go vote. It matters. High voter turnout is the only real counter to the RW noise factory.

His Heritage Foundation is full of crap and everyone knows it. The think tank that came up with these fake scandals is running on empty.

They & their follows continue to walk around with their fingers in their ears screaming NO NO NO THIS ISN'T THE WAY WE SAID IT HAPPENED!

The stupid faux history channel H2 aired Presidental Coverups the Bengahzi edition last night & I had the unfortunate experience of being stuck at my dad's house (he's sick with cancer &mentally ill with the undiagnosed disease known as diehard Republican). We didn't talk for 3 months after the election because I told him he lacked common sense for having 3 daughters & 2 granddaughters & still voting for Romney.

Anyways, within 2 minutes of this show he started the faux news bullshit & the show was all repub bs. I told my dad it was all lies & he needed to research it or listen to me & that he has been out of the loop for the last week. I got the angry republican respons, I tried to explain that he had been watching the same channel all day about UFO's but now it's factual. I then grabbed an extension cord & went outside for the hour.

Sorry so long had to vent, I'm out of town & really pissed that even though that shit hss been proven as lies that shit was aired as facts. Not to mention pissed that my dad is such a harded old fool.

I just wish he would pull his head out of his ass. In our giant family somehow he is the only one who turned into a republican. Not even a logical one, a diehard thinks they are all super heros type. Sometimes I think about when he gets really old & comes to live with me I may just have to block all the channels but MSNBC just out of spite
