Even the Deputy Director of the Department of Justice Executive Office of United States Trustee's (Lawrence Friedman) RESIGNED - when we pointed out the Michael Glazer / Kay Bee Toys $100 million. Not only did Friedman quit and run; but he also joined the Dark Side. He became a Director at Bear Sterns (need I really tell you how well that worked out)? Then he moved to Indiana and became head executive of Bader Company (insurance of storage units). Then formed an Off Shore Tax Shelter - used 2 set of books, created a bogus ESOP program - and the DOJ/IRS/SEC have not touched him 1 iota.

Laser Haas, or Squirt, Kumquat, Hoss Cartwright - or whatever you want to call me - is simply a victim. At the barest of minimums, those crooks offered me a bribe and - not only did I turn it down, I reported them! - You need not concern yourselves with what I'm going to get out of this. Chances are, when they yank eToys away from the wicked wibitch of the "Deal"aware courts east, the next judge will do his/her best to teach all other whistleblowers out there a lesson. Forcing me to squirm, hoping I pop a blood vessel. So that no one - ever DARE again - to say NO![br][br][center] I'm going after them for hundreds of millions; because it's my grandchildren's right that I do.[/center][br][br] I would hope you'd rather have what they stole - back in my pockets - instead of Romney's Off Shore accounts. Romney lied about being Bain Capital's CEO in 2001 - and Laser (the Liquidator) Haas - is one reason's why!

------ Now, please bare in mind, I'm not claiming to be the "only" reason. That would make it too easy for them to quash the problem. There's the MNAT merger of Romney's 'The Learning Company' - with Mattel in 1999. Then there's the Stage Stores/ Liquidity Solutions dealings in 2000/2001. Compounding them there thing'ees is the fall of 2000 Bain Capital acquisition of Kay Bee Toys (never forgetting that Michael Glazer is CEO of Kay Bee & Director of Stage Stores). All of which funneled itself into eToys, as one of the largest schemes to destroy a 2 year old public company and devour a federal bankruptcy estate that you will ever see or hear of. All of which is then made morose by the fact that Michael Glazer (now blessed with a "handpicked" United States Attorney of Delaware - in Romney's pocket) - then paying himself $18 million and Bain Capital $83 million.

------ Obviously, the question that begs is "Laser was only offered $1 million (actually it was originally $850,000 and an offer to bump it up to $1 million) - and they (the skullduggery gang) upped the ante to $18 million for Michael Glazer. Therefore, many say Mr. Liquidator "probably" wouldn't turn down $18 million. While I will disagree with you, the fact of the matter is, only the actual test is definitive. Truth is, I believe I would have said no - no matter how much (the higher the money, the more one quakes in their boots). Be that as it may, as you will come to see and witness, the money was not the driving factor. The abduction of my daughter, the attempt to kill eToys shareholder Robert Alber (who had to shoot/kill his assailant Michael Sesseyoff in Kingman Arizona), the death of Anna Schaefer (whom I paid to move back to Minnesota). The demise of Marty Lackner (brother of MN Assistant U.S. Attorney J. Lackner) - is an issue that will ALWAYS haunt me. Super compounded with the bizzaro murder of John ("Jack&quot Wheeler and my fiduciary duty to my job (protecting the eToys entity/ estate) - is what has driven me.

Here's what is really funny, had the "geniuses" on the opposite side of the fence, not have been so fiendishly ebol and simply offered to compel me to take only $1 million of the $3.7 million that was due my company, Collateral Logistics, Inc., ("CLI&quot . Then they might have gotten away with it all - entirely. But some super genius over on their side of the fence, decided to squash Laser Haas like a bug in a rug - simply because they could.

While also sending it to main stream media, Over and Over and Over - AGAIN.

They took my career, my home, my life savings, my daughter for a few days and my children's/grandchildren's inheritance away. These turds arranged the abduction of my daughter, on my birthday and CALLED me to rub it in. Most likely due to the fact that they "believed" Romney was going to become POTUS and handpick that "friendly" United States Attorney General that Sheldon Adelson was giving Romney's Campaign a $100 million dollars to assure.

Everything about who I am, Liquidator, a son of parents who always wanted him out of the way (until they mellowed out later in life), an opportunist and chasers of opportunities. All of that - along with my youth of being abused - says Laser Haas should have taken the money. Does anyone turn down million dollar paydays;

Surely any therapist would tell you my life history indicates that I should have taken their $ Million dollar Bribe attempt (and offer to be a partner with Mitten's - YUCK - could you imagine the flip flopping slime all over you - SHHEESSSHHH). HOWEVER, for some reason that all of U.S. will never know, yours truly turned down the deal of a lifetime. Even my partner of 12 years, a man whom I would have glady taken a bullet for, because I loved him so much. That guy, my family (except for dear brother KC and my son), all say I'm the black sheep and that I'm a fool for saying no. They (Romney's Gang) have gotten away with it and will ALWAYS get away with it. All those so called "friends"/family - REALLY PISSES ME OFF.

Believe it or not, the million dollars was not the issue. What was REAL important to me, is that my entire career (25 years of such in 2001) was a quest to become one of the 10 biggest Liquidation/ Turn Around Manage guys in the country.

Regrettably, this case is a story that even "---------------" herself, was not willing to take on (yes, I reached out to her more than once - it could be that I'm simply a guy and she likes women's cause - Who Knows). It is real simple. Yours truly has taken for myself an oddball name (I believe in the N'arn way). This is because, no one can define who you are; but you. Also Meteor Blades at DailyKos, assuaged me from the dark side (and I'm forever greatful to him) - as I (used to be) - one of the RWNJ that listened to Bible thumpers and Chief Justices on bended knee - thankful for the crumbs that they would toss down to my chain wrapped body (maybe that is why I've paid such a heavy price - my former homophobia's - from being abused when young). Thank goodness for my Meteor Blades salvation (but the trolls at DailyKos - SUCK the Whammy Big TIME).

All such is a scary nightmare when you are the son of a mom whomarried a 17 yr old when you were 12. Where boy friends and neighbors used you and your sister as sex slaves. My mom also married a 19 yr old when I was turning 18 - who got shot by a friend 6 times and the MoFo didn't die. Nor does it matter that I did not see my dad from the age of 10, till I went and found him at age 18. They were schemers, who raised (or didn't raise, depending on the way you wish to look at it), a son they didn't care about or want. The runt of the litter.

Jack Bush (of Dallas) was also a "Director" for Romney at Stage Stores. Bush goes from one Bain Capital bankruptcy to another and Barry Gold testified (in eToys) that Jack Bush gets him employment gigs often. Thus - Barry Gold was Jack Bush/Michael glazer's "director's assistant" at Stage Stores (who then hired his buddy Paul Traub).

------ Paul Traub has worked for/with Mitt Romney/Bain Capital issues for decades now, since the NeoStar case. Also with Barry Gold and Jack Bush at Jumbo Sports, as well as Stage Stores. [br][br]
[center] Thus Romney = Bain = Glazer = Kay Bee = Stage Stores = Barry Gold = Paul Traub [/center][br][br] As you can see by the incestuous (less than 2 degrees of separation) chart above, they are an association in fact (RICO GANG of persons).[br][br] ----- This RICO association in fact actually has a name denoted by congress - Bankruptcy Ring - of perpetrators. They fleece, steal billions from The Learning Company, Mattel, Stage Stores, Kay Bee, FAO Schwartz and eToys (just to name a few). In the hopes to expand the power/ reach of their organized criminal empire, so that their boss Romney could become POTUS. As a matter of fact, the United States Trustee testified, in a Motion to Disgorge Traub's firm for $1.6 million - that the parties were "forewarned" in advance, not to replace key eToys executives with anyone connected to them (see Disgorge Motion parts 19 & 35 - HERE ).

They offered me Bribery in 2001 and I reported it to the Dept of Justice. This caused them to panic, Mitt Romney did then (purportedly) resign (the infamous "retroactive" period of August 2001, back to February 11, 1999) and then, at the same time, Colm Connolly (who was a partner of MNAT from 1999 to August 2001 ) became the United States Attorney in Delaware. Burying the cases and protecting his partner/clients from investigation/prosecution, for 7 years.

Reynolds is doing 10 years in prison and the criminal who abducted my daughter only got 2 years
(corruption Vegas District Attorney).

My own attorney for CLI (Henry Heiman) emailed me a threat from Paul Traub to "back off" or Else! Then he withdrew as my counsel. A guy who financed one million dollar deal for me, who had also financed Reynolds - Shoe Firm; did offer his counsel as one I could trust (Michael Weiss). All attorneys for me (except Henry Heiman who charged me $10,000 up front flat fee) - desired to do my case on contingency (worth many millions). Then - out of the blue - Michael Weiss says he wants $10,000 also. To test my finance guy (and see if he was in on the scheme) - I asked him to tell Weiss that he would provide the monies. When I called Michael Weiss and said I was at his Weiss's office (not knowing Larry {Reservitz} Reynolds was in on the schemes) and called him to come over - he went bizerk and had the security guard remove me/my daughter from the premises.

Reynolds cohort (Wetter) then asked me to go to Las Vegas and take a deal that Larry "Reservitz" said was too big for him to handle (purportedly $200 million). It was my birthday and I told them no. So they gave me a free room at Caesar's Palace and a free entry into a Poker Tournament at Binon's. It was also "leaked" that I would have a surprise birthday party at Nero's. However, the real reason I went is a friend was at a Trade Show. He (Mr. H) and his wife put a smile on my daughter's face one day - that my wife never bothered to do - all her life (always treated my daughter's as 2nd class to her 1st daughter that I married into).

....... Upon arrival at the wonderful deal they promised I could make 10% upon - I learned it was all swag (unlicensed knock offs of Gucci, Louis Vitton, Rolex - etc). Not only did I turn down the deal - I reported it to the feds. Then I go to the Poker tournament and offer my daughter $100 when she goes to the New York, New York (the Coney Island rides/games she always goes to). My birthday happens to be on Halloween and I wanted her to take a cab. She said she had $18, didn't need the $100 and cabs scared her. My daughter always did right (until then) and NEVER went anywhere without calling and asking permission 1st.

------ As it turns out, my enemies were planning to "Sting" me Mr. Assage's deal and get me arrested, to either get me out of the way - or force me to take the bribe (cause Romney was running for POTUS and had been CEO of Bain Capital when it bought - {STOLE} - our eToys company. What I was not aware of, right before I left for Vegas, my attorney (Michael Weiss) had put in a request to withdraw from my case (that turd KNEW).

------ Evidently, my turning down the skewed bribery/sting effort caused a panic. The next thing I know, I'm at the final table at Binon's, with what seems like a guaranteed win (over 1/2 the chips) - when I get a call by my 1st name (NO ONE knows that name - so I know something real strange is going on). The voice on the other end (sounding raspy like Larry) - says "People who chase ghost's become one. You should have taken "the deal". Your daughter's 1st and your son will be next"!

I had to go to the hospital twice, to wait to identify teenage girls found dead, who matched her description. They let me sit for hours and hours, then tell me the dead girls are nothing like my daughter. I now think they were just trying to get me to go off the deep end.

My daughter was returned - thanks to my not taking no for an answer and offering rewards everywhere. She has no idea what really happened and I've kept her in the dark, since she is still suffering from the stress of it all. My son is the only one who knew this whole story and I'm not writing it Openly, just in case they suicide me too (many strange deaths and even murders in this case).
