Why would any "celebrity" ever agree to be on Trump's reality show?

The concept is you have these rich celebrities performing various tasks and groveling for Trump to give them money for their charities.

The concept is disgusting on its own, and Trump is a disgusting excuse for a human. Why would any self respecting celebrity agree to be on that show?

8. I'd argue that "self-respecting celebrity" is an oxymoron.

Smart publicity takes your reputation to the next step. If you're obscure, then any publicity is good publicity. If you're already hot, then there are better venues to publicize yourself than Trump.

It really has nothing to do with self respect, and everthing to do with tactical advantage.

They're desperate for attention, in the hope that they might have a career again.

As for "rich", not so much anymore. Do you have any idea the maintenance cost of a Jacuzzi full of hookers?

1. In order to prove that he isn't a racist - Trump gave Little John $100,000 for his charity. Trump fired Little John whom a lot of people thought he should have gone all the way. I think Trump was getting blasted for this and he felt guilty.

2. Trump holds grudges. Just before he proclaimed Trace the winner - he asked Penn about the nasty things Penn said about Trump the last time he was on the show. Penn said his apology letter to Trump was sincere. Trump went on to select Trace the winner.

9. Same thing last year with Clay Aiken...

Last year Clay Aiken was way ahead on what needed to be done to win. Everyone on the show thought he would win and he should have won. Then the Gay marriage talk came up in NC politics.. Clay is gay and was at some of the protests in NC. Arsenio Hall, the other finalist had recently been offered a talk show and Trump wanted to stay on his good side... so what was Trump to do? He chose to go with the guy with a talk show to prove he was not a racist and to get a platform for his crazy talk..Trump was doing all that crazy birther talk and that did not mesh with gay rights..I have not watched one second this year...Trump is an opportunist and uses everyone. He is looking more like an idiot to just about everyone...
