Did A Repug Senator Get To David Letterman?....

I was looking forward to "Stooge Of The Night" on Letterman's show and he didn't do the bit tonight. I'm wondering if he was threatened by a Senator that he embarrassed.

This was the best thing Letterman has had going in some time now - and I hope he didn't stop this bit. He needs to keep the pressure on these politicians.

he is friends with Tom Brokaw.
I would not give up on him yet though. Disasters usually cause him to pull back on aggressively criticizing,
