One pic belies a thousand denials of guilt

This is Doug Shulman, former head of IRS, appointed by Bush, who says he knew nothing saw nothing, heard nothing,
and was not responsible for any of the scandal, therefore will not apologize for anything.

But wait...where have we seen this expression before?

them. He is generally thought to have suceeded given the small samples at the zoo he worked with and the relatively little writing he did about it. My guess he would know exactly what this expression means.

Other than that, he has the same look that most people associated with the Bush Administration have when they are being questioned about something they've done.

When one Congressman asked him if he had discussed the "issue" with the White House, he matter-of-factly said "No". He was reminded that he was under oath. When he was asked if he had discussed it with anyone in the Bush Administration, it was a more tepid, "No"...

Just my impression..
