I think that everyone in the entire IRS should be fired. Now.
Seeing as the guy who *did* get fired for this fully-fake outrage had nothing to do with it as far as I can tell, let's just fire everyone. That way we make sure we get rid of those who did the not-even-close-to-"outrageous" deed, we make an example of the rest.
We can give Jamie and Lloyd the contract for privatizing the IRS.

2. I know you're being sarcastic but I don't think anyone should get fired. IRS was supposed to
check these people who wanted to be tax exempt out. Their movement is based on scams and rackets. If you've ever listened to limbaugh one of his advertisers is a company that helps people get out of paying tax. They're knee jerk reactionaries against taxes and I wouldn't put it past then to try and cheat the system. Not to mention they all claimed affiliation with a political movement. I'd be more pissed off if they hadn't been under scrutiny.

7. Seems that would be a given.
Just because you wantt to be tax exempt doesn't mean you qualify to be.

12. What's wrong with checking out tax protesters? Nothing!
I am sure DHS would also check out any group that promotes building home made bombs too. It not a matter of trying to quash tax protests ...it's more the likely hood of some of them being tax cheats.

5. Let's replace the IRS with the Tea Party!!!
We owe them that much after what they've just gone through. Haven't they suffered enough?

is who should be fired.

18. Out of touch suggestion. I have been audited by the IRS, once directly, once
because my name came up for one of the small percentages of audits that the IRS does. The people who I dealt with were professional. To fire them would be a gross act of wrong. You are letting republicans make you run scared. I am confident that what will come out of this is a case of IRS employees trying to stop abuse of our tax code.

19. I was being sarcastic, sorry.
I'm basically blown away at the way the President and Congressional Democrats have handled this. It's very, very disturbing.
