The war criminal of a Dick -The Runaway Winner Of Our Outrageous Quote Poll

Former Vice President Dick Cheney had some stiff competition but he trounced each and every one of them to win our Most Outrageous Quote of the Week Poll with a decisive 58.4% of the vote or 122 votes. What made him such a "winner:" His comment that the attack on the American compound in Benghazi, Libya was “one of the worst incidents that, frankly, that I can recall in my career.”

Fittingly, Donald Rumsfeld was the runner up for lecturing us about the importance of truthfulness in making assessments about Benghazi and the need to dispassionately “gather the facts and then inform the American people.” Rummy's tally was 29 votes or 13.9% of the total.

He's really looking gaunt. I wonder if he lies awake at night, pondering the reception Satan is arranging for his imminent arrival. I can almost hear the hinges squeaking on the special gate to hell that'll swing wide when this scourge of humanity finally croaks.

No change in their condition whatsoever.

What they need -- and what the American people need -- is a change in their situation: behind bars
