Won't Texas refusal to participate in Medicaid Expansion raise abortion rates?

Rick Perry is tossing thousands of good Texas jobs out the window to try to set himself up for another failed presidential run in 2016, but isn't he also "killing babies?" Aren't the people who support Perry's decision "killing babies?" Just asking.

Jindal, Perry, Walker, Cristie, all are running. Brewer, Scott, and other GOP governors who want Medicaid are not running.
Trying to appease the hard right wing, which the most of them are collecting SS and are on Medicare. Go figure.
