Come and bid Michele Bachman farewell: She's not running for re-election next year

Tea Party favorite Michele Bachmann, who last year ran for the Republican presidential nomination, announced on Wednesday that she will stand down from her seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

In a video posted on her website and on YouTube, the stressed that her decision to stand down from her Minnesota seat was not due to any concern she would be defeated at the next election in 2014 or the inquiries into activities of her former presidential campaign staff.

And she said she would continue to fight for the policies she believes in and that her future was “limitless and my passion for America will remain.”

“There is no future option or opportunity … that I wouldn’t be giving serious consideration if it can help save and protect our great nation,” she said.

I'm sure this has nothing to do with ongoing ethics inquiries.

Bye bye, batshit crazy lady.

I turned the TV on and the first thing I heard was that she was not going to run for re-election. One of my biggest concerns about this idiot was that she was on the intelligence committee. Dumb!

to use in case of a viagra overdose.
"If you've had an erection lasting four or more hours, look at this" EEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeooooooooooopppp

To counteract that counter agent would require a viagra the size of Cap't Jack Sparrow's hat.

Looks like at the next TEA party rally I run into, I'll spend less time wishing for a paintball gun and more time reading, photographing, and posting.
The best argument against the tea party is members of the tea party.

That loony-toon should never have been elected in the first place. She is a national cringe-inducing embarrassment.

Having said that...

Michele helps Democrats, much like the goofball Louie Gohmert. Republicans on the lunatic fringe present an image that's strange, to say the least, to normal Americans.
We're normal, they're not.

. . . there's always the danger of her gerrymandered and heavily pro-life district throwing up someone else just as bad.

Oral Roberts gave this woman a Juris Doctor. Based on her factually (and often sanity)-challenged statements, I think they need to be investigated.

Yes it's easy for us to believe that the term 'Bat Shit Crazy' was invented for Michele Bachmann. She was more than that, so very much more than that......

Look past the first two minutes of typical Bachmann babble. Pay close attention to the last minute where she desperately try's to Newspeak her way around her consistent championship of the people she actually represents.

I just hope that next job doesn't allow her to do more disservice to the American people.
