Everything is "Breaking News"...

I could be wrong but I don't remember news organisations labeling every new piece of information on a story Breaking News with flashy yellow banners and an air of false importance. Wasn't there a time before the big TV news organisations became mostly entertainment when the term Breaking News was reserved for important must know stories?

because that's certainly how they report it most times.

"Braking News" would be a better one. Maybe one of their graphic designers there will misspell it one of these days
