sometimes progress is slow, but it appears that the Grand Jury wants to proceed to establish a complete picture of the event(s).

Hopefully, this will scare certain “adults” who enabled the rape, and those that tried to cover it all up afterward. Hopefully.

I want to see that coache's head on a stick, and that Sheriff has to get some major grief too. And as many other adults that let this happen, and other rapes like this happen. I am with Mr. Blunt, I hope there is thick fear in the adult town of Steubenville. Fear as thick as if one is being assaulted.

The fear that children and women have lived with for decades in that town. Raoe culture is a disease, and Steubenville is very ill indeed.
