I was just wondering what happen to the big GOP Lie...

that tax cuts for the wealthy "creates jobs"... that they are the "job creators"... all that other garbage they were spewing around two or three years ago. What happen to that GOP talking point? any suggestions?

they got the tax cuts, easily and with no fuss. The GOP never suffers from fallout.
That's just the way our government rolls. (Rolls over, in some cases.)

They have no internal moral compass. They shift from position to position even if they are mutually exclusive, or form circular logic. As long as they can smoke screen, baffle you with bullshit, defuse your moral will to take decisive action, they don't care. As long as they get what they want, in their mind they win.

They aren't going to give up that one - they can't. They ahve to say that helping the wealthy helps all of us. They might quiet down on it now when it seems like no tax cuts are going to be forthcoming but they will keep bringing it up when they have a shot at lowering taxes on the wealthy further.
