and Medicare. Because if they do, they should not since those should be paid out of the Social Security Trust Fund which was built up by the very regressive payroll taxes that those of us who are over 65 paid beginning in the mid-1980s until we stopped working.

That is not an entitlement in the sense of an obligation to be paid out of the General Fund. At least it wasn't until Obama decided to bring about "change."
