Was the pre-compromise contraception coverage exactly the same as Romney's in MA?

Or was there some tiny subtle difference?

If it was exactly the same it seems they will have a hard time still going hammer and tongs after Obama on this issue once Mitt becomes the nominee as I think he's still likely to do, Santorum surge nonwithstanding.

ACA has a problem with the mandate to buy insurance. I do not think the Fed. Gov. can order citizens to purchase a product from a private company. SCOTUS is going to sort it out in a few months. Fed. Gov. can tax citizens but not force them to buy a product.. From what I know it comes down to that. I may be that the Fed. Gov. can tax citizens and then buy a product for them but that would be silly.
I think Romneycare is legal because it is done by the State Government. if that makes any sense.
