Go to Google. Enter Romney.

Look at about the third or fourth entry, until you come to spreadingromney.com. Click it.

Thank you for your help in insuring that Mitt Romney never makes his dog ride on the roof of the car again.

There should be two closely related definitions. 1. can stand for the specific definition of "to Romney" as a dog would feel on a moving car's roof. Definition 2. should stand for a broader definition applying to shitting your pants in general.
