Rachel continues dismantling PolitiFact. Forty percent is NOT a majority.

Rachel continues her assault on PolitiFact's getting it wrong. This time it's Marco Rubio's claim that the "majority of Americans are conservative". PolitiFact investigates, finds it to be not true as only 40% of Americans identify themselves as "conservative".

So where does PolitiFact set the Truth-o-Meter??? Mostly True.

How about PolitiFraud? Go get 'em Rachel.

Politifact: not very smart to say that something that's false is mostly true.

Republicans held 40 percent of Senate seats during Obama's first term. With that majority, they blocked much legislation, and most judicial appointments.

Democrats, holding more than 50% of the seats, were obviously in the minority.
