The NSA can be heroes in the Martin/Zimmerman case
I must admit that I'm not following the case closely, but it seems that a key piece of evidence is what Martin's girlfriend heard when they were talking by cellphone as Zimmerman began his foolishness. She says she heard one thing, the defense disputes it.
Since the NSA seems to have recorded all telephone calls for some time, they should release the recording of the call in question. They can be heroes! (But just for one day.)

2. Yeah, one of my faves.
Anything Brian Eno touches turns brilliant. Or in Bowie's case, even more brilliant.

16. Was just listening to the first Roxy album a few weeks ago
Hadn't listened to it in probably 20 years. Still great music. Love their second album, too.
I tuned into Eno around the time he made Tiger Mountain, I'd been a King Crimson fan, then Fripp worked with Eno, then... I was also a fan of early Talking Heads and Devo, which I was amazed to find that Eno produced. Then I fell in love with Heroes, and... SURPRISE... Eno again! |

4. Manny, Manny will you never learn. The NSA isnt to help the 99%. LOL. Now if you have a prominent
progressive Democrat set up for a fall, they will be glad to help. I bet Karl Rove has them on speed dial.

program that has to do with truth and justice.

13. Why am I geting the impression that if we clean up the FBI & CIA and make
them more attuned to political extremism, we'll also clean up the right-wing nuttery in our society?

9. The NSA doesn't record the actual calls.
The only keep records of the calls made, who to, how long the call lasted, etc.

12. They only *review* the data that you refer to, for every American
But they also apparently record and store every single phone call, in case they want to review it later.
