TULSA, Okla. - An Oklahoma man was arrested after a woman and her daughter found him in the septic tank of a park restroom.

Ambra Reynolds and her 7-year-old daughter went to use a women's restroom at White Water Park in Tulsa about 5 p.m. Sunday when Reynolds said she saw a man in the septic tank below the toilet looking up at them.

"It's not something you expect to see whenever you're wanting to go to the restroom," Reynolds said. "I screamed, grabbed my daughter, trampled my son on the way out, scared to death. We ran out."

Police said Kenneth Webster Enlow stayed in the toilet for 15 minutes until police arrived.

"He was just sitting down in the water, just wading," Reynolds said.

7. I remember this creep. I can't imagine the revulsion if I were to find a MAN in the pit

toilet as I was just about to plop my bare butt down on the seat. Jesus. What is WRONG with these guys??? And then I remember that a certain proportion of men seem to have unexplainable fetishes of one sort or another, and they just can't seem to stop themselves without lots of mental help. I had a female friend years ago who had long blonde hair; a couple of times she happened to meet a guy at a party or wherever who COULD NOT keep his hands out of her hair. She would have to basically holler for help to get this guy out of her face and off her head. It was bizarre.

There is next to no oxygen available inside an in-use septic tank, you fall in you die.


On ediit, I've never seen one with a ladder inside either, so you fall in you do not get back out.
