How is the quest for low cost health insurance coverage

for all in Vermont going? I'm in NC and it's hard to keep up with the ups and downs of Vermont's attempt.

1. It's not in place yet.

Republicans are asking for figures on how much it will cost the state. A final plan and dollar figures are being worked on, but will not be available probably until after the November election.

Vermont has suffered some financial setbacks with road and bridge reconstruction after a heavy storm and record river flooding last autumn.
