Former presidential candidate Michele Bachmann on Sunday struck back at Democratic criticism that the Republican party is anti-women, in part because of GOP presidential candidates' opposition to permissive contraception regulations and abortion rights.

“There is no anti-woman move whatsoever," the Republican congresswoman from Minnesota, said on CNN's "State of the Union." "The Republican Party is extremely pro-woman.”
