Then, five years later, on that horrible January day when Gus Grissom, Ed White, and Roger Chaffee met their unspeakable end high above Pad 34, they would have rushed to politicize the catastrophe while blaming another Democratic President.
That may sound awful, but does anyone who has watched these hellish beasts operate for the past decade really doubt the truth of it?
