"I spent 11 years in hell - now your hell is just beginning." Michelle Knight speaks to Ariel Castro

A court is hearing disturbing details of the ordeals suffered by three women imprisoned in an Ohio home for about a decade, as their captor is sentenced.

Ariel Castro, 53, played Russian roulette with his victims with a loaded gun, and kept them chained up, the court has heard.

Victim Michelle Knight told him in court: ""I spent 11 years in hell. Now your hell is just beginning… you will face hell for eternity."

He faces a life term plus 1,000 years.

The captives, Ms Knight, 32, Amanda Berry, 27, and Gina DeJesus, 23, were rescued in May after one of them escaped from the Cleveland home.

1. I didn't watch the beginning of the coverage, I guess I didn't

want to know everything that happened to these three young women. But did watch the representatives of 2 of the victims and Michelle Knight. Michelle is just a tiny woman, what hell for her. They continue to ask for privacy and I hope that is respected. There are no words that convey my anger at Castro.
