In Wisconsin there's a mandatory fee on electric and heating bills whose proceeds go towards low income energy assistance programs. She was bitching about "having to pay lazy people's electric bills" and griped about how unfair it was that she was required to pay this fee. She posted a pic of her bill. The grand total of her fee: three bucks and change.
