This man is going to get someone killer, he is one dangerous nut case.

1. If they didn't want him fired before they should now.

He seems to be giving them ample reason to fire him "for cause" now. It certainly seems he'd gone way beyond his right to free speech (he is a government employee, not private, so the 1st Amendment does apply here). He's lurched into insubordination and unprofessional conduct. Those are reasons to let him go.

2. His 30 day suspension without pay is just the beginning.

One council member said Kessler is a liability. WNEP has reported that the town's insurance carrier is echoing that sentiment.

If anybody needs to be fired it's this guy. I hope the PA state police are keeping an eye on him.
