It turns out that in practice, you can get half of Americans to voluntarily hate the other half with surprisingly little investment. As shown above, you can even get them to buy into it. Literally, buy into it to promote buying into it (see "buy more ammo"
Recently, as it turns out, you just need to appeal to jingoism and bellicose chauvinism under the cover of proper politics aimed at punishing mythically lazier Americans.
