Paul Ryan was going to resign so he could prep for the VP slot

I just heard Dan Balz say this on Morning Joe. I laughed so hard, I dropped the lap top. I gotta read this book Balz wrote.

maybe this will be up on MSNBCs' site later, it was about 40 minutes from the top of the hour. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Ryan was gonna resign his congressional seat and chair so he could prep for the VP slot.hahahahahahah
