I heard today on NPR that something like 42% of Americans are not aware of PPACA implementation

I'll go look for a link. I think I got the correct one here.

This is the kind of electorate we are dealing with. We're not even talking about the fine points of the law, we are talking about the October 1st enrollment period and the January 1st effective date.
