Man sues Texas GOP lawmaker he worked for after being repeatedly shot with taser for months on end

Texas man sues GOP lawmaker and husband over months of workplace Tasings

A 45-year-old Texas man is suing a Republican state lawmaker and her husband over what he calls months of attacks with a Taser while working for them that left him paranoid in his private life.

“I was constantly looking behind my shoulder, distracted, couldn’t sleep,” Bradley Jones told KHOU-TV. “I would even look behind my shower curtain at home.”

KHOU reported on Tuesday that Jones has filed a civil suit against state Rep. Patricia Harless (R) and her husband, Sam Harless. The couple owns Fred Fincher Motors, where Jones has worked since 2009.

But Jones’ suit argues that Sam Harless provided other employees with a Taser and would film them sneaking up behind him and using the Taser on him in a series of incidents over the past nine months. The videos were posted online at one point, but have been taken down.

The husband of the GOP state representative provided the other employees with a taser and encouraged them to sneak up behind the employee and tase him. They then filmed the tasings and uploaded the videos to YouTube. I guess this is the GOP's way of keeping the peasants in line.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]However, had the tables been turned, I have no doubt they'd have felt justified in shooting him dead in "self defense."

I hope he wins his lawsuit and puts them out of business.

That poor guy is practically in tears talking about it. I hope he takes those assholes for everything they're worth.

That's the sick thing about these sorts of incidents, it's almost always people who know that they can get away with abusing their employees because the employees have nowhere else to go. They have their petty fiefdom and the vassals exist for their amusement...if they thought they could get away with it, some of these sick assholes would kill an employee for sport just to see what it feels like. They dehumanize their employees...then they're shocked the employees aren't laughing along with their cruelty.

I'd like him to end up owning her dealership. I hope it wipes her out financially.

That is a stun gun- much milder than a taser in several ways.

Still morons.
