1. One thing we can always count on... The average cop values their own life over the average citizens.

In fact the gap in that value is incredibly wide. Sometimes it can be said that the average cop values their own ego more than your life.

You could argue that clearly, those weren't "average" cops. But then again, the "average" citizen wouldn't value someone else's life over their own either. It takes an above average person in general to do that.
