and I think he's the first state government official to speak out. I'm sure Jay Nixon will say something. I'm anxious to see if the republican legislators from that area are going to have anything to say.

Note the broom sticking out of its butt. I would like to see video of it jumping out of the way as was reported elsewhere.

It is very common to have decoys that will attract a bull's attention helping to keep them away from a potentially injured cowboy or bullfighter.

It doesn't lessen the impact or make it less despicable, in essence it is having the president gored in effigy, but in the interest of accuracy I feel the need to point this out.
