Rick Santorum: All this concern for the so-called 'Middle Class' is for... (deep breath) MARXISTS!

Rick Santorum says the term “middle class” is “Marxism talk” since America doesn’t have any classes. “Since when in America do we have classes?” Santorum asked a Republican gathering in Lyon County, Iowa, “There’s no class in America.” He added that the GOP, unlike Democrats,“values the dignity of every human life,” and therefore shouldn’t use the term—which he has actually used repeatedly.

I always wonder if the true intention of these guys for getting rid of communism is not about human rights, but about returning capitalism to it's 12-16 hour workdays with quarters being used as wages, you know, real unregulated capitalism.

Talk about it some more you proto-fascist bastards. The more people learn about it, the more Marxist they become.

They're not the real owners in society, they just support the owners. Until they support the working class.

Actually, IMO, "middle class" has morphed itself into more of an economic status term. It leaves out most of the social and political connotations that working class has.

But as to Santorium's statement, he's an idiot. An uneducated idiot at that.

As for the US, you would have to somehow believe that rich people and poor people had exactly the same concerns for this assertion to be true. I don't think many people would agree with him there.

Which is nothing unless you're rich. Or still wear a fucking coonskin cap and think you're Daniel Boone or something and can hack a living out of some imaginary frontier.

In which case you belong in a facility that Rick Santorum doesn't want to pay for. So that living you're hacking out would be under a bridge with some newspapers for a blanket at night.
