I would suggest that Democrats must fight for those two levels on the bottom of the pyramid. If they move up the pyramid, they may remember where they came from? Those born at the top of the pyramid usually have little sympathy for those at the bottom. Basic psychology is connected to politics, in my opinion. Have you thought of politics and psychology as connected in any way?

They may remember where they came from.

Still, I see where you're coming from. Yes, providing for essential physiological and safety needs should be a priority.

(3 posts)First, Google eupsychian assumptions and check out #10. Then bounce around, but forget the mental block on #1. Blockchain will take care of that. It's eupsychian, too, by definition. Maslow was a socialist interested in "Eupsychian Democracy" but he didn't advertise it because of the times. Also, if you want to know how the hierarchy really works, just flip the famous triangle upside-down. You don't grow a tree from the top, and you don't serve people from above if there's only one left at the top!
To top it off, check out "Theory Z" and plug in Hillary and Bernie. I think we're "going Z" today and it's about time!
