Is there a better term than "Stop and Frisk"?

It sounds like a frisky little puppy.

But what does "stop and frisk" consist of?

Do they ever spread-eagle suspects along a wall? Do they put suspects forcibly on the ground with a knee in the back, in order to handcuff them?

I'm not sure "Stop and Frisk" is the best description of the procedure used by the NYC Police Dept and declared "unconstitutional" by a judge yesterday?

In the last 8 years, since 2004, over 3,000,000 people in NYC have been "stopped and frisked" and let go with no charges. Does that sound OK with you?

30. On another note... I'm not sure how they have gotten away with doing this for so long. Having

worked for the government, If I would have done anything remotely more than a Terry frisk, I would have been bounced out. And what they are doing is NOT the definition of a Terry Frisk that I was taught.
