Is actually going to have a stroke or a heart attack when the ACA finally does go into effect. Some of the bullshit that gets posted in our local newspaper about the ACA would make you piss your pants laughing if for the fact that these morons actually believe this crap. There are just some extremely ignorant people in this country, and most of them don't mind sharing that fact by talking all stupid about what someone else heard or told them, that is in the ACA, and how it is actually going to cause the end of the world.

They are grants to states who have existing programs that provide home visits to families such as the ones listed and who want to expand those programs to provide more services. The home visits are already being done -- not by federal agents -- and helping people.
