The group “Overpasses For Obama’s Impeachment” held rallies around the country this weekend calling for Obama’s impeachment. The group lists 12 reasons for Obama’s impeachment on their website and has quite the following on Facebook. It’s the next big thing.

Reasons for Impeachment

1. President Obama has appointed numerous people to cabinet level positions without the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate, as is required by the Constitution. These individuals are given extraordinary power and independent funding, and are not under the scrutiny of Congress *snip*

2. The push by Pres. Obama to pass healthcare legislation in the Congress of the United States that he was fully aware was unconstitutional. He has continued to use his powers and executive branch of government to implement this legislation despite the fact that a federal judge had declared the entire law unconstitutional, and ordered that it not be implemented *snip*

3. Despite the fact that the United States Senate refused to pass the Cap and Trade bill, the President has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to use regulations to implement key portions of the bill, including those regulating so-called greenhouse gases. *snip*

Oh, and they never read us our Miranda Rights. We spent 24 hours in the St. Charles Count Jail with Missouri Hwy Trooper Jenkins acting as judge, jury and executioner. (Note: I am the videographer of this video and the activist who was arrested wearing the yellow t-shirt. Near the end, as a cop had my left hand in a handcuff behind my back I am holding the camera in my right hand and as the cop is reaching for my right hand I pass the camera off to Constitution Kim who finishes the recording documenting my arrest.)

we've had people set up at the post office and a group out side a WaWa. The manager at the WaWa said if he had his way he would have made them leave but he couldn't. I will say this, both groups were given a hard time.

They need to update their list of offenses; at least two of them are just plain wrong. They say that he's funding Obamacare even though it has been declared unconstitutional. Also, they say that he has "unilaterally declared that DOMA is unconstitutional." I'm sure there are plenty of other things.

Let me say this first I like Joe Biden I think he is great.

Here is a conversation I would like to have with the Impeachment crowd;

ME-So what do you like about Biden that you don't like about President Obama?

Them- Biden what do you mean? Then they go on a Biden rant.

Me- You do know if you impeach President Obama we will have VP Biden as president then. Also most likely he will be president for the next 11 years. Three to finish out President Obama's term and then 8 more of his own.
