The NSA Illegal spying on American citizens how much is it going to effect federal and state courts?

You know I have been listening and reading about everything that has been reviled by Snowden and with all the freaking PRISM and Young Turks talking about SOD

Really makes me wonder IF my wife's cases --she's on Federal Grand Jury-- are being push forward by basically "illegal" activites.

And no I have NOT mention this to my wife but I bet she herself is thinking along these lines and second guessing things herself.

AND BEFORE anyone with the : "IF YOU AREN"T DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL THAN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY" crap. Think of all the names that are common or similar. What if you aren't doing anything illegal but your e-mails are being read just because you have a similar name to someone OR your social security number is one number off from someone else who is a bad guy.

AND maybe no one wants to ask this question or think of it BUT if our government is spying people how many times are they planting or forging info JUST to "catch" the bad guy.

I personally don't like a government spying on everyone and I don't like these thoughts and the fact I actually have to wonder about this by our government.
