I am no longer an Obama "fan" but I live near Scranton and would go see him if I was able to tomorrow. He's the first POTUS I voted for plus he's an historic President.

. . . DU, like everywhere else, needs to be put into perspective. Many folks here care deeply about the issues they advocate for. That doesn't usually mesh with an overriding interest in the personalities behind governance. Important issues are obscured by focus on other important things.
Goes with the territory. I do think these issues resonate outside of here.
