The "Fed rate" list will compete with the list of "Best Party" schools. This fed

rating system will put a crimp on diploma mills for sure, but it will force many small colleges and niche colleges out of business.

This will also force colleges to cut payroll to the bone, as if there is any slack now, and get rid of tenure.

Also only the top 10% of secondary students will meet the ability to get student loans. Trade centers should see an uptick.

As I said before the need for education is evaporating as the cyber era takes hold.
